Hypothesis: The 70’s were a revolutionary era for Elementary Education. We assume it had an impact on our elementary education from the beginnings of a strong social science program, the exponential growth of the Social Studies program, an incorporation of bilingualism in education, and the piloting of Kindergarten in New Brunswick.
